We are an efficient process engineering consulting company specializing in natural gas processing, liquefied natural gas (LNG), oil & gas production, and oil & gas transportation.
River City Engineering was founded in 1994 by president Kent Pennybaker. The company has grown from three clients to nearly one hundred in the past two decades, and the 10 engineers on staff now continue to provide optimal service to these prestigious clientele.
